About the company

The aim of the project – creation of the modern factory for manufacturing and repairing of mining and special equipment.

For working out and manufacturing this kind of equipment we  are about to build absolutely new power effective factory, to fit it out with the most advanced hi-tech equipment, advanced digital technologies for engineering and designing,  production management and internal logistics.

On the initial stage of the project we suppose to involve a highly skilled personnel and afterwards we are about to train our own  personnel which would be capable to provide the highest productivity and quality of work for this industrial sector.

We are about to support researching and development on the factory for  the level of the most innovative and fastest companies of this industrial sector. We are also suppose to co-operate with scientific and educational institutes of Russia. We expect for high level cooperation with the Russian and foreign factories.

To build this factory we purchased an industrial land sector near the Veliky Novgorod.

About the equipment

The market of the mining equipment now is appreciably unified that causes considerable similarity of equipmet of different manufacturers and in many respects it differs only by engineering solutions. Analysis of experience of application of the import equipment in Russia allows to draw a conclusion bout the presence of variety problems which are flowing out from Russia climatic features, isolated culture of mining and features of the national legislation.

We suppose to adopt the most perfect components from foreign manufacturers, and to create the new equipment under own trade mark using the expense of own engineering development. Manufacturing of the crushing  and screening equipment is planned by the orders that will allow to achieve optimum adaptation of the equipment under requirements of each client.

We are about to solve the problem of creation the crushing equipment under own trade mark with a brand «Made in Russia» that would be worth proud. Working capacities of a factory will allow to realize also a full cycle of repairing works for any kind of crushing and screening special equipment and also to realize spare parts and components manufacturing.

Social guarantees

Creating the modern enterprise sufficient to the requirements of the highest European standards, we understand that to realize this ambition project is possible only with a strong team of competent and betrayed people. To build this team we suppose to cooperate with local government to create the comfortable working and living conditions for workers.

To achieve  this goal we suppose to be reasonable to create the low-rise residential settlement near the factory within the bounds of a government program «Accessible habitation».

Involvement of the skilled personnel from all territories of the Russian Federation will allow to bring up our own competent staff, prouded of the work and a standards of living of their families. Evaluating plans for conclusion the factory for a designed capacity we expect to employ nearby 70 persons and to supply company turnovers at this stage not less than 1 000 million roubles per a year.

Engineering factory

Company “VEGA-PRO” represents the machine-building factory which is intended for manufacturing and repairing of a mining and the special equipment. The enterprise just begins its activity and at present its on the stage of  building for that the industrial function ground area in Veliky Novgorod is got in the property.

Analyzed the today’s situation on the market of a mining equipment, we could make a conclusion about its unification i.e. similarity of the equipment which is made by the different companies. The equipment differs only by  engineering solutions. Besides, market development is interfered by country environmental conditions, specificity of the legislation and local features for production standarts.

Our mining equipment factory is created to solve all these problems and  to engage the new quality level. To solve these specified problems we suppose to use the most effective components from abroad manufacturers, highly skilled personnel involving and  producing of the new equipment under the own trademark.

The equipment which is supposed to be manufactured on this machine-building factory, will be focused on individual requirements of each client that will allow to eliminate a similarity problem. To achieve the high indicators of our machine-building factory we age going to use the advanced digital technologies of designing, production management and internal logistics. We are also expect for a  long and fruitful cooperation with scientific and educational institutes of Russia, the domestic and foreign companies.
